Description

The CNC gauging table includes an x and y-axis material stop that automatically positions to the desired coordinates. Once in position, the operator locates the material up against the positioning stop and actuates the automatic punching cycle.

The CNC gauging table includes an x and y-axis material stop that automatically positions to the desired coordinates. Once in position, the operator locates the material up against the positioning stop and actuates the automatic punching cycle. Upon the completion of the punch cycle the stop relocates to the next desired location for punching. The front parts of the table are detachable, allowing angles punching.
During the punching cycle, with the changing of colours, it is easily identified the hole in progress and the number of pieces done.
The following operations can be defined in the easiest way : Plate dimensions, Punching sequence, Place of the holes, Punching or marking
Data input can be in decimal inches or metric. The touch screen allows an easy programming of the punching cycle. Thru an USB memory-stick or connected to a local area network, the
programs can also be loaded in the table.
